Function Hall

The East Bridgewater Commercial Club provides a relaxing atmosphere in its renovated function hall and is a perfect setting for all occasions including birthdays, banquets, receptions and showers and can comfortably accommodate groups of 200 guests.
The hall will only be open and available for decoration upon arrangements made and discussed with the Function Hall Manager before the start of your event. Sunday through Saturday hall closing time is 1:00 a.m. Linen table cloths are available ( in white or ivory) to rent at a reasonable cost (this will provide linens for all tables). Linen napkins are also available (in most colors) to rent for an additional $0.25 each.

The East Bridgewater Commercial Club would be pleased to provide meals prepared in-house and menus will be included with the Function Hall contract. If an outside caterer is used, the caterer must provide a certificate of insurance naming The East Bridgewater Commercial Club as additional insured. Guests may use their own food, such as cakes, snacks, finger foods, or pot luck, but beverages may only be provided by the Club with the exception of coffee and punch. All food brought in must be fully prepared with kitchen access limited to refrigeration only (if space is available). The kitchen usage allows rinsing of dishes and use of the oven to keep fully prepared foods warm (no cooking). There is $50.00 fee for the use of the confection oven. All beverages including soda, beer and liquor must be purchased through the bar.
