The East Bridgewater Commercial Club provides a relaxing atmosphere in its renovated function hall and is a perfect setting for all occasions including birthdays, banquets, receptions and showers and can comfortably accommodate groups of 200 guests.
NOTE: The Commercial Club is non-smoking including vaping
Rules and Conditions for the function hall rentals:
Hall rental fees for a four hour function are;
Sunday through Thursday - $450.00
Friday and Saturday - $600.00
Members: Check with Manager for special rates Outside Gazebo also available: check with Manager
A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.
Extra hour(s) are $100.00 and must be agreed upon with management and bartenders.
All Club furnishings (pictures, drapes, furniture,etc) shall be left as they are. Any damage is the responsibility of the renter and will result in a charge based on repair/replacement costs.
Renters may bring their own food, hire a caterer or request on site cooking privileges which will require a kitchen/oven usage fee of $50.00
No alcohol of any kind, water bottles or soda (juice boxes allowed) may be brought into the function hall or consumed in the parking lot or on Club property. Violators will be asked to leave.
All decorations must be removed after the function has ended. Tables are to be left as they were upon entering the hall. If linen is requested it will be provided at $4.00 per table; if napkins (cloth) are requested they will be provided at $.40 each.
Candles cannot be used in the hall unless they are floating in a closed container with water.
NOTE: Confetti, glitter, glue guns and scotch tape on walls are all prohibited.
The bartender is included in the cost of the hall, but if the bar intake is less than $300.00 there will be an automatic $100.00 surcharge.
The bartender is also appointed crowd controller and has full authority over the function and conduct of those attending. Detrimental conduct will not be tolerated and at the discretion of the manager/bartender, violators will be asked to leave and/or cessation of the function.
A detail police officer may be required for parties of 100 or more people. The rental party will be required to pay for this detail. Management will inform the rental party whenever this is necessary.
You must be 21 or older to rent the function hall and must provide a proper form of identification.
