Purpose

The Commercial Club of East Bridgewater is a membership organization of business and civic leaders in the Plymouth County area. Prospective candidates are nominated by an existing Commercial Club member and evaluated according to their position in their business or profession and service in the public interest.

Members of The Commercial Club of East Bridgewater elect a Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer for two-year terms. Members also appoint a President who is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operations of The Commercial Club.

 To be considered for membership, candidates must be nominated in writing by a Commercial Club member and seconded by at least two other members.

Membership in the organization is limited to 400 active members. Total membership is approximately 325 including retired, life and non-resident members.
